We have multiple platforms to take customer orders (e-commerce platforms both internal and 3rd party). Our requirement was to consolidate orders on SAP so that invoicing, payment and reconciliation takes place on one platform, removing manual intervention while integrating data between various systems. Our solution of choice was RISE with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition that not only helped us consolidate our view on the business but also helped us streamline our processes.
We went live within 6 months of system provisioning and have been live on RISE for close to a year. SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Private Cloud Customer Center supported us during key and critical moments supporting a one time go-live and smooth operations thereafter.
